Chicken with pasta (i.e. Chicken Parmesan; Chicken Alfredo Lasagna; Chicken Primavera; Chicken Carbonara), fresh salad and garlic bread. Dessert
Saturday morning early risers – Made from scratch sweet bread (i.e. muffins, bread, sweet rolls, or bagels) and fresh fruit will be left Friday night.
Saturday Brunch – served 11:00am:
Breakfast Sandwich (i.e. sausage or bacon biscuit, breakfast tacos, breakfast burritos, or Panini), potatoes (i.e. hash browns, oven baked potatoes, or chips), breakfast meat (i.e. sausage links, sausage patties, bacon, or Canadian bacon), eggs. The remaining sweet bread and fresh fruit will be added to brunch items.
Saturday Dinner – served 6:00pm:
Meat entrée (i.e. pork tenderloin, turkey breast, cod, and salmon), side (i.e. mashed potatoes, rice, mashed sweet potatoes, or quinoa), seasonal vegetable, and roll. Dessert
Sunday Brunch – served 10:00 am:
Breakfast meat (i.e. sausage links, sausage patties, bacon, or Canadian bacon), breakfast casserole (i.e. French toast, biscuit/gravy, and quiche), fresh fruit, and bread to compliment casserole (i.e. biscuits, sweet roll, pumpkin bread, banana bread, or roll).
